BESS

Battery energy storage systems from 16 kWh to 6.25 MWh for residential, commercial and utility-scale projects — every tier parallel-capable, supplied alongside the modules and inverters they work with.

The BESS range

From a garage
to a substation.

Four products across three tiers, and every one of them parallel-capable.

The range runs on LiFePO4 cells and is built to be paralleled, so capacity stays a first-order decision: start at the size the first year needs, then stack units, cluster cabinets or add skids as the load arrives.

Which tier for which project

  • 01

    Homes

The 16 kWh pair. Take the stackable unit where the inverter is already specified — it parallels up to 15 deep as the load grows. Take the all-in-one where the system has to bring its own inverter, including off-grid backup.

  • 02

    Factory roofs and solar carports

The 261 kWh cabinet: 1.4 m² of floor, 125 kW of power, and multiple cabinets paralleled for cluster control once the site outgrows a single unit.

  • 03

    Utility-scale and grid-side

The 5 MWh container skid, 5015 or 6250 kWh per unit, IP55 and C5 for outdoor siting, with skids clustered behind one controller to reach the block size the interconnect allows.

System specification

Specification notes
for the people who size it.

The engineering and commercial points that decide a storage order — not an introduction to what a battery is.

  • 01

Energy and power are separate decisions

kWh sets how long the site runs; kW sets what it can carry while it runs. The 261 kWh cabinet is a 0.5P unit — 125 kW of power against 261 kWh of energy — while the residential all-in-one sits close to 1:1. Sizing on kWh alone is the quickest way to buy a system that cannot carry the load it was bought for.

  • 02

Chemistry is settled; thermal management is not

All four products use LiFePO4, so the cell chemistry no longer separates one supplier from another. What separates them is cooling: natural convection on the 16 kWh units, intelligent liquid cooling on the 261 kWh and the 5 MWh. Liquid cooling is what makes a ≤3 °C cell-to-cell temperature spread and a six-thousand-cycle life realistic on a unit that runs at 0.5C every day.

  • 03

    Paralleling is the expansion path

Nothing in the range has to be bought for the worst case. The 16 kWh unit parallels up to 15 deep, the 261 kWh cabinets cluster, and the 5 MWh skids add capacity behind one cluster controller. Buy the first year's requirement and add units as the load arrives, rather than funding headroom that sits idle.

  • 04

The grid interface decides as much as the capacity

The 261 kWh cabinet is a 400 V three-phase machine with THDi under 2% at rated power and a power factor of 1. The all-in-one switches on and off grid in under 10 ms and supports three-phase unbalanced output. The 5 MWh skid answers a discharge command in 30 ms at 94% round-trip efficiency.

  • 05

Siting and lifting belong in the first conversation

The 261 kWh cabinet is 2200 kg standing on 1.4 m², and the 5 MWh skid is under 45 t in a 6058 mm footprint. Both derate above 2000 m of altitude, and the skid derates above 45 °C. Slab, access and the lifting plan are worth settling before the order rather than after it.

Storage for the people
designing the system.

Installers

Residential units and cabinets with the certifications and documentation your AHJ expects, sized against the load you were given.

Distributors

Flexible quantities across all three tiers, so one supplier covers a garage install and a container order.

EPCs and developers

Project-scale supply coordinated against a delivery schedule, with parallel expansion designed in from the first unit.

Something not covered? Ask our team ↗

What battery chemistry do you supply?+

LiFePO4 — lithium iron phosphate — across the whole range, from the 16 kWh residential units to the 5 MWh container skids.

What sizes can you supply?+

Four products across three tiers: 16 kWh residential storage in a stackable storage-only version and an all-in-one with a built-in inverter that spans 10.6 to 26.5 kWh, a 261 kWh liquid-cooled commercial cabinet rated at 125 kW, and a 5 MWh container skid rated at 5015 or 6250 kWh.

Can the systems be paralleled?+

Yes. The 16 kWh unit parallels up to 15 deep, the 261 kWh cabinets cluster together, and the 5 MWh skids add capacity behind a single cluster controller — so capacity is sized to the project rather than to the product.

Do you deliver and support project-scale storage?+

UniGlory Energy is based in Phelan, California, and serves the U.S. market with nationwide delivery. Commercial and utility-scale orders are scheduled against the programme rather than shipped off the shelf.

Can you supply storage alongside the modules and inverters?+

Yes. Modules, BESS and inverters can be supplied as one order, with the string figures and capacity calculations matched across all three before anything ships.
